Faerie VIII (Feast II)

To faerie: ‘hide me.’ To faerie: ‘feast on me’. To faerie: ‘Feast on me but do not make me feast.’
To faerie: ‘I will keep your amputated throat in my pocket so I may feast on your tales wherever I desire’.
I archive my ailments under a strict taxonomy: I keep my swollen heart in a separate chamber to my burning eye, in a separate chamber to the parasite (faerie) I beg to feast on me.
A 15th-century anatomist dissects six (left-handed) sinners each year. His only attire is woven with silk(worms), and must always be appropriate for consults, kisses, funerals, dissections, and feasts.
